Enough B12? No, there is no easy way to know. I'm not involved with the telegram chat and have no contact with the people there; I heard about it from someone else online, and then I thought of your post and had this idea. Even if I were to get the Matrix equivalent up and running, someone else would need to contact the people on telegram to let them know about it.
