I think the idea is great. But for eatability, would a fat slice be better? Seems harder to pick up and not have the strawberry fall off, right? How did you get the chocolate to stick to the top of the cheesecake?
i have wanted to do something risky, make macarons with wet ingridents; my theory is this: do everything without flavor till macaronage,then over do it bec you pour a egg whites/berry liquid
