Netatalk is a server for the Apple Filing Protocol, enabling you to share files with old Macs over your local network, even those that only speak AppleTalk and no IP.
There's also a GUI https://github.com/Netatalk/netatalk-webmin/tree/branch-netatalk2
This is a bit of a hassle to install and configure though.
