Federation issues still after upgrade to 19.2?

Sorry, I don't speak German, I hope English is okay.
As 0.19.2 contains a fix for federation issues, I created a post recently to see if it would federate:
Doesn't seem visible on the other following instances:
- LW (0.18.5): https://lemmy.world/c/europe@feddit.de?dataType=Post&page=1&sort=New
- Discuss.tchncs.de (0.19.2) : https://discuss.tchncs.de/c/europe@feddit.de?dataType=Post&sort=New
Is there anyway to investigate this? I miss talking to other Europeans on that community

Based on the federation tracker (https://phiresky.github.io/lemmy-federation-state/site?domain=feddit.de), it seems that all the Lemmy instances (3862) are desynchronized "lagging").
On the other hand, lemmy.ml only has 9: https://phiresky.github.io/lemmy-federation-state/site?domain=lemmy.ml
It seems to have normalized by now. I just checked and feddit.de had only 3 lagging instances - and they were the same lagging instances as lemmy.ml had.
According to the Lemmy federation tracker, federation between feddit.de and Lemm.ee is currently still broken.
Can I somehow force a sync as an instance admin, or should I just wait?
