Firmly in the DD-MM-YYYY camp despite my upbringing of MM-DD-YYYY.
Then you're a primate. You have got to be trolling. YYYY-MM-DD is the only rational way to write it.
That probably would be less confusing.

You've reminded me of a recipe that I came across when I was in sixth grade that involved dates. I remember it having something to do with history class. Now I wish I hadn't lost it so I could participate in this discussion T.T
