I don't know Shangela, but I've been around enough people that have "made it" to know that money changes people. For better, or worse.
In the same vein, it's not unheard of for someone to make something up entirely to attempt to shake down someone who has money.
It's not a pretty situation. And it looks like without further evidence and because the plaintiff waited so long to come forward, we might not ever know the truth for certain.
