What Android emulator for PC do you recommend?

I believe Android apps can be executed more or less natively in Windows now, without the need of an emulator: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-get-started-android-apps-windows-11
If you want an emulator for development I recommend the one built in the Android SDK
Windows 11 is bloated
People downvoting a fact lol?, even if there is more software that is bloated that doesnt make Windows 11 not bloated
This is a recommendations community so telling people that Win 11 is bloated is unrelated and that there may be better options?
NOX (or rather NOX Player).
It might be my choice of games, but I'm very satisfied with how it works, its performance, stability and ease of use.
I've only ever used bluestacks, it works well.
