How is everyone doing?

I’m struggling with changing sleep meds right now. Self medicating short term hoping I shake off the tolerance build up and my old one works again soon. Dr gave me doxepin to try but geodon fights against the H1 receptors hard. Nothing works that way with me. :(

I've struggled with sleep for years, spring is always the hardest. I've found amitriptyline and a healthy heaping dose of Seroquel to do wonders.

I'm sticking around, though I assume the novel part of my diagnosis will soon fade.
