Tactical Barbell Zulu/HT W1D1
- Behind the neck press 4 x 5 95lbs
- Zercher squat 3 x 10 190lbs
- Pull up 3 x 12 210lbs bw
- Dumbell row 3 x 12 45lbs
- Hanging leg raises 3 x 12
This is the first week of a new routine for me. I decided the spring cut is cancelled and the spring bulk is on. The 10 rep squats were a bit of a struggle for me and I was pretty gassed out for the remainder of the workout, I think due to poor sleep last night? Will see how it goes for the rest of the week.
Tactical Barbell Zulu/HT W1D2
- Deadlift 4 x 5 265lbs
- Bench press 3 x 10 165lbs
- Dip 3 x 12 210lbs bw
- Dumbbell curl 3 x 12 35lbs
- Back extension 3 x 12 25lbs
Initially I had planned to do more pull ups but I was still feeling a bit toasted from yesterday, so I swapped in some curls. I think I'll leave them in for the duration of the program, as I've never done curls in 2.5 years of lifting!
Upper body today, I didn't track my sets, but I'll start to take notes.
