Is it advisable to plant Marmande tomatoes now (August is harvesting season)?

UK weather is more and more unpredictable. But I have 250 seeds so I'm wondering if I could/should plant some early?

End of January is when I sow mine in a heated propagator with grow lights. Unless you can provide ample heat and appropriate light levels there is no benefit to sowing them now that I am aware of.
Having said that, as far as an experiment goes - fuck it. Why not?
