Think it's worth sharing:

Downloaded some games at random in an Win10 VM, and they all include the files "OwnershipSDK.dll" and "DrmCheckerV3.dll", and wouldn't open on another, freshly installed Win10 VM.

It's a 4 games sample so maybe a little small, but considering all were indies and among them is even a Ren'Py game, therefore easily modifiable, the platform is at least concerning if one wants to get DRM-free games.
