Hi Everyone!

Upgrading code license from GPLv2 to GPLv3 for 2 of 3 related programs. One was already v3.

Replacing media licenses from GPL to a more appropriate Creative Commons but NC makes it a more restrictive than GPL. That makes it a downgrade in terms of user freedom.
