Number 1 looks like yoga with more steps.
In my experience, people still say it whether or not they can see it. Sometimes they go out of their way to say it because they can see it.
Sometimes people need to hear hard truths. They might get butthurt about it. That's on them.
Get a life and develop some sympathy
Hard truth: no one over the age of 10 should say "butthurt."
