What's the most painfully obvious thing you've seen have to be written out?

"Checklist - 1. Ensure that the thing is on."
I've seen stories of people who just don't get it and need their hands held all the time, so what are things where you kinda feel that things are a bit too "hand-holdy"?
"Please remove before driving" on windshield sunscreens...? That sort of stuff?
Do not obey in advance
My clothes steamer warns not to steam items of clothing you're currently wearing. It should be common sense, right?
I've also blatantly ignored it multiple times, not wanting to take off my long skirts just to steam the hems, etc. And yes, I've suffered the consequences once or twice. I am the idiot.
