Mississipi, Alabama , Wyoming what the hell.
But lack of laws don't mean they don't wear seatbelts.
Well... that is the point of the seat belt debate. It is not about whether wearing them is safer. They are definitely safer and most people in New Hampshire wear them.
The real question is whether governments should be allowed to force citizens to do something for their own safety, or do we have free will to choose?
