The perspective is really weird, but all the details are exact enough that its absolutely not AI. I'm guessing its just a really high FOV on the photo.

The photographer who has watermarked the photo is a prolific Swedish photographer of aviation. Given how many shots he gets of planes I'm going to safely say any weirdness is perspective and lens distortion.
It's part of the camouflage, it works like the old dazzle patterns, and makes it hard to get range or bearing on it.
