Watched warriors of the winds when I was a kid the original is of course so much better but even then it made me fall in love with that movie.

Studio Ghibli style movie without being Studio Ghibli?
Mary and the Witch's Flower comes to mind. I feel like it has the same vibe.
Porco Rosso is my favourite actual Ghibli.
Otherwise Wolfwalkers is incredible, as are the other Tomm Moore animated films.
