Has Apple Soft Banned Annas Archive?

When I try to access it on safari ios it mysteriously loads forever. It used to work well before the whole Spotify thing.
I now how to use firefox for it to work.
Not complaining, I like firefox. Just wondering if this is a coincidence or apple is cracking down on piracy?
Perhaps the block isn’t safari but icloud private relay? Which is only on when I use safari?
In that case it would be the archive blocking you for using the relay. I’ve run across a couple sites that block access from iCloud private relay to “prevent spam” or similar, same as if they were blocking a VPN.
Works for me in private mode with a VPN.
