This sounds so yummy! I wonder if I could swing it without a food processor? Maybe with my dinky little electric hand mixer, lol.
A blender definitely works, but don't 100% know about a mixer. It might work given silken tofu isn't that difficult to break up, but it might also leave you with some funny chunks. Would be curious to hear if that works
I did it with a fork and some dedication before, but the smoother the better for sure
