Mexico’s 120 million citizens will begin to enjoy free, universal access to healthcare from next year, following a decree by socialist president Claudia Sheinbaum.
That's a lot of references to being "socialist". This is the first I've heard of her, her administration, and even past administrations to being socialist. What makes them socialist?
