WTF happened at the Rangers game 6th April? And why did Wilson spend so much time standing round looking like a big sad van?
2mon 5d ago by reddthat.com/u/LadyButterfly in capsI'm new to the glory of hockey. I'd not seen Caps play before, and I know Rangers are doing well but it was still a big loss. I was expecting/hoping for some drama from Wilson but he only did a few rough hits.
Are you guys having a particularly rough few weeks or something?

Actually we've been enormously improved the past few weeks. It looked like we were guaranteed to miss the playoffs, and then they've decided to do this thing where they'll look like they might actually on enough of a tear to somehow get back in the mix before taking a couple crushing losses to bottom feeders. It's been kind of painful having my hopes built up only to have them crushed over and over, but I'm still glad they've at least been competitive down the stretch.
I was fortunate enough to be sick and asleep during that particular rangers game.
Ahhh I see. Any ideas what's behind the fluctuation?
Our turnaround seemed to coincide with our shutdown center (Pierre-Luc Dubois) returning from injury. He had essentially been out of the lineup the entire season prior - he did try to play through it in october but was clearly not himself.
Ahhhh I see thanks mate
Yeah that game was rough. There are always going to be stinkers, unfortunately.
What are some good ones you've had recently that I could watch? Im trying to learn about hockey and I don't want to Google and see scores.
Both of the Pens games over the weekend were good! lol
Sunday's was fantastic, but saturday's was kind of a joke. Their big guys were all out and the pens could barely get shots on goal.
Nice one
Ooooh good tip thanks
