what if a government considered it its duty to, at a minimum, provide: free vegan food and free free-power (green energy)?

and if you wanted non-vegan food, or non-green-power, you have to pay for it?

free vegetables, grains, fruits, water, even if by opt-in of putting in a few days a month on a communal farm. or, if the future is sophisticated enough, simply by cheaply run robot-farms and distributors.

free electricity from: solar, wind, or any similarly green system, and excluding nuclear (for the waste it produces, unless the waste is recycled as lesser-heaters)

free power and non-meat/dairy foods are cheap, efficient, healthy, and could provide a base of letting people lead freer, easier lives, while allowing them much free time to be as productive as they choose.
