Is there a way to filter certain phrases?

Specifically, I would like to filter the word "rule" in a post subject.
I don't get the joke, and I'm tired of trying.
The rule is post before you leave. Thats it. Just post something.
Hmm. Thank you. But ya, doesn't tickle my funny bone.
Whatever, I don't have to get the joke.
I mostly don't get count w chickin lady either, but at least its occasionally funny.
I've not found a way to filter things as I describe, and I'm not annoyed enough to block 196.
