Questions About the Calendar in "Bible Black"

So, in Bible Black, the 26th of April is a school day on Saturday. As the game was released in 2000, this appears to be completely normal given the fact that Saturdays were school days in Japan up until 2002.
However, according to this weird site I found, the second and fourth Saturdays of the month shouldn't be school days. A throwaway line about the end of the century in the game implies that it is set in 1999 (which also puts its backstory in 1987). Lo and behold, the 26th of April 1999 is a Saturday... the fourth Saturday of the month, in fact.
Is this just a plot hole or is there something I'm missing about the transition to off-Saturdays?
I'm not that familiar with BB and how much it focuses on details like these but this is such a specific issue I can't help to assume it was a mistake. It's easy to forget things like this once you're out of school.
Sorry for guessing since I have no proper answer. Might have to dive into some BB fandom rabbit holes for this one.
Oh, it probably is. They must have switched over to two-free-Saturdays in the late 90s.
On the game's accuracy: I'm not entirely sure but it does seem a lot more meticulously-researched than it needed to be when it came to occultism.
Nice, I did expect it to be at least reasonably good in regards to occultism but it's great when writers go an extra mile when it comes to the topics they cover.
