Just saw the new community announcement for this place and nothing to show for it, so I figure I'll start things off with a simple question - what do you do to reclaim time (or attention) in your typical day?

I for one am on my phone way more than I want to be, alternating between doom scrolling and playing puzzle games. Would love to know how you go about putting the phone down so I can maybe try something new.
