I think I learned it

I was confused a lot before like what technique to use to meditate, how to meditate. But there was one philosopher I saw, he told me that to meditate there are only three things that you need to remember:

  1. Be relaxed
  2. Do not judge what is going on in your head
  3. Pay attention to what is happening So whenever I got time, I try to relax my body, take some deep breath, and try to listen the sounds that are always here like sound of fan, the sound of kids playing down the street, and etc., without judging. I feel like connected now to everything. I feel like I am one with everyone. I feel so light now.

How do you remember to meditate? I mean did you set a reminder first and then it became a habbit?

That sounds like that would work. Try it!

It's pretty cool when it becomes your state for most of the day as you go about your life
