Claiming Normal Campaign gems if playing story mode possible?

Ever since 3.5 anni I have been consuming NIKKE content more than usual. And I'm still capped by my levels for advancing the Campaign. I want to catch up with the story because unfortunately all the mass surveillance media serv8ces starting to show me campaign spoilers.

I played story mode a bit and logically it makes sense they don't have any rewards. But I don't want to miss on free gems lol

Anybody know if I can claim them later somehow?

Yes, you get the rest of the gems when you're able to complete normal mode.

I've already caught up with the story, so I'm unable to check. But I don't see why you couldn't collect gems later on when you decide to play on Normal mode.
