Which countries live right next to each other and barely trade?

This has got to be close to #1, what a disparity!
Edit: I looked it up the US and Cuba actually traded 200 million in 2026. Way more than I thought.
- North Korea and South Korea.
- Belize and Guatemala.
These are both good, but the clear winner is North and South Korea. I can't find any appreciable trading between the two with NK almost exclusively trading with China.
how does that compare to ukraine and russia?
9.2 billion in 2021 before the war. About zero I would imagine now.
Korea and South Korea
Armenia and Azerbaijan
Armenia and Türkiye
Morocco and Algeria
Why does it happen that way ?
It’s because of poor relations.
I don't know the situation between India and Pakistan. But trade does go on at the level of the people, whether the governments like it or not.
