Real anarchist know the state is never to be trusted. Real anarchist know it isn't the "west", it's the state. All States. Capitalist, socialist, doesn't mater. They can't be trusted, they all violate individual autonomy etc. Whether you think the good they might do outweighs the bad they do. Doesn't mean the bad doesn't happen.
Claim that another state is being hypocritical, sure. Claim that they have an agenda for bringing it up, sure. Say it didn't happen because you like the state being accused. Or dislike the accusing state. You're just a campist.
