Looking up the search bar gives too many choices, considering the fact that I am a complete beginner. I need to narrow down on what I am using vs code for. I shall be working with git. So the tutorial ought to start right from beginners and flow towards using git.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish beyond "using git" and "learning VS code?"
Those are 2 different things afterall, so I can only surmise you want to know about git integrations or extensions.
Fundamentally VS Code lets you write files in a tabbed interface with some nice sugar on top if those files are source code.
My purpose is to get familiar with vs code first, what are the various things that can be done on it.
