It happens like twice a year, the first time it was allegedly because someone used a "free vpn"
geez where do you work where the the best safety measure is "turn on airplane mode and don't use a VPN"

Uh, maybe the fact that they’re telling normal users that instead of having their IT department kill the APs (in any number of ways) is probably why they are getting attacked again.
It sounds like they don't have an IT department.
Good thing I have Ethernet.
