New Affordable Housing Unit Opens for Applicants

A new apartment building is set to open July 1st. The apartment complex is at 2814 W. Empire Avenue and features 145 new affordable housing units for rent.

City Council Updates

Upcoming June 2nd Special Council Meeting

This meeting will include a closed session to discuss the Metro lawsuit and the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Annual Budget.

Upcoming June 6th Downtown Mobility Workshop

Burbank will host a meeting from 10AM-12PM to discuss mobility options for Downtown Burbank. The event will be held at CSB Room 104 First floor; 150 N. 3rd St.

Global Running Day

Celebrate Global Running Day with Fleet Feet and the Burbank Parks and Recreation department on Wednesday, June 3 from 6:30-8:00 PM at Johnny Carson Park, at 400 S. Bob Hope Drive, Burbank, CA 91505.

The event will include a 30 minute run around a 0.4 mile loop for as many laps as the participants choose.
