Is there a way to filter AI out of YouTube now?
13d 20h ago by piefed.world/u/aloofPenguin in google@lemdro.idWith the advent of Google tagging AI-generated videos, I was wondering if there was a way I could remove these videos from my feed. Perhaps uBlockOrigin could help? But I am not sure how
Not sure if an automated way but I have a YouTube account for home/videos and separate one for music on my work PC and I've only been recommended 3 or so AI videos - all songs. I browse it for music a lot more than videos but I have pretty excellent feeds for the most part.
So I'm guessing my strategy of aggressively liking/disliking/subscribing/"Don't Recommend this channel" is working. If there's anything that piques my interest but I don't want it affecting suggestions, I open it in a privat window.
It's an algorithm made to keep me watching so I've tried to teach it what does that for me. And aside from the Shorts, Games, and Trending sections getting added at random, I've had two pretty solid homepages for awhile
