"Feed two birds with one feeder" - adorable, generous, kind, loves wildlife, so smart and probably super pretty too I bet
We say to kill 2 flies in one strike. Flies are annoying af
Death to the flies!
In Portuguese it's kill 2 rabbits with one stone.
Killing two birds with one stone is unusual and takes great skill. Feeding multiple birds from one source is just part of the process.
"feed two birds with one stone" - clever
Personally, I think Ricky from Trailer Park Boys had the right idea "get two birds stoned at once."
Sorry, as "that guy", it's an old expression, like at 500ish years old. Backin the day, when scarecrows etc were essential, some birds were pests. They'd eat your crops and were really hard to kill. (Also, I think a few were associated with evil.) But as recently as the 1950s sparrows were such a pest in China there was (a shortsighted) official push to kill them.
I heard "feed two birds with one seed," which is a smidge rhymier, but a little less sensical.
The answer you're looking for is, feed two birds with one scone.
Oooh, I like it!
thats nothing. seven with one blow.
