What does the vertical scale represent?
I think it supposed to be the political compass meme
Usually acceptance/preference of hierarchy in society. But the political compass is a very simple model that mostly served to explain that there's more to politics than "the left" and "the right". It has become a sometimes funny meme, but it's still taken way too serious by some people.
