at work
have lunch pause
friend asks him to buy him some medicine
gives him an envelope with the receipt, the money and a paper that says "Buy It At the Pharmacy With The Ugly Women" (he called the pharmacy that way)
Okay, he helps his friend and buys it
His autism makes him forget the paper inside of the envelope
Dad gives the pharmacist the receipt with the note inside
She side eyes him
"Do you really think that about us?"
"What?"
She shows him the paper
He embarassedly explains the paper wasn't his
Now he's known as "The Guy Whose Friend Called Us Ugly" there
