I constantly have new 0 upvote posts and comments pop up at the top of my pages, pushing everything down even when i'm scrolled down on the page. Painful to read. What's going on?

Might explain a bit of why things are at certain places for a time.
I noticed this as well, it makes the web app almost unusable when sorting by all.
It doesn't happen on the mobile app (Jerboa) tho.
Go to settings - Sort type - choose Hot (or anything other than active)
