It's good to share success so we can celebrate no matter how small.
So what mini successes have you had this week? What's made you do a little fist bump?
I've had a pair of shorts in the cupboard that I've refused to throw away, as I was determined to fit in them one day.
Yesterday was the day I could finally do up the button.
