FitMyLLM — Independent benchmarks for self-hosted AI

I know I will invite ire with this, but I think a self hosted model is relatively acceptable. Get rid of the generative art and stick to things like code and evaluation via a model not being sourced by a massive data center (plus the capability to train a model in a way you may find even more acceptable than a default) and most if not all of the questionable aspects of LLMs fade away.

Reading Tablets?

Kobo. Simply upload via calibre or another ebook management software, basically drag n drop. I use a Kobo clara bw. It can be a little slower than I want at times, but still very much gets the job done.

Look at those deltas, though... Vermont, Nebraska, Maine, Delaware. The declines are massive

Spirit 2.0 — The Airline Owned by the People, for the People

If nothing else it seems like a successful buyout could result in holding on to the company and assets until a genuinely viable plan is strategized. It won't really help the existing employees or anything, but it would prevent or defer total dissolution past a point of no return.

America’s hiking culture is built on ego

I've read the article and a lot of the opinions stated in this thread. You gotta let go of this one, dog. People live their lives the way they want to, and as long as it's harmless to others it's not anybody else's business.

That said, way too many generalizations both implicit and explicit here, including in the article itself. It sounds like the aim of the article and comments made are just looking for someone to be angry at. But I'd wager that those people actually out experiencing, even just existing in, nature are not the ones to whom that anger should be pointed. Redirect your focus, don't attack your fellow people.

What are the most reliable ev models on the market?

2mon 13d ago in electricvehicles@slrpnk.net

The Slate truck comes close, that's about it. I would love an EV, but I just refuse to accept a 55 inch flat screen tv in front of me while driving.

It's expensive to convert, but if I had the money I would be picking up something like a 2007 Rav4 with a thrown rod and making it electric.

You said it was a slicer issue, but I posit it was a slicer settings issue. If you like EufyMake just try going back to all default, or try and set everything carefully and manually.

Also try OrcaSlicer if it is compatible with your over the air printing capabilities, great slicer and user experience.
