EU clothing brands

5h 11m ago in buyeuropean@feddit.uk

I didn't know it existed several Suva brands, I meant the socks.

Eton and Morris are Swedish brands but Eton is owned by EARL GREY HOLDING SàRL which is based in Luxembourg, probably moved for tax reasons. Morris is owned by HOLTA INVEST AS which is a Norwegian private investment company. Is it supposed to be which country the brand is located in or where the owners are from?

You have mentioned under both Sweden and Denmark. The brand is Swedish but it is owned by a Danish company, does that mean it should be sorted under Denmark?

You can add some more brands

Estonia

Suva

Oscar Jacobson - PR

Luxembourg

Eton - PR

Denmark

Selected Homme - FF
Jack & Jones - FF

Norway

I think all these brands except for the fast fashion and Morris have production in Europe.

Isn't the upvote and downvote buttons intended for good and bad quality of the comments? A comment can have high quality and provide something to the discussion even if most people disagree with it.

Is it the same people that works with wars and video games? EU is big and they can work on many things at the same time.

EU has done improvements on our right to our hardware, which includes right to repair and software updates of the operating system for five years. Looking into the right to our software, including video games, could have been the next step of that.

I have much more than 20 packages in aur, most of them are dependencies from steam-native-runtime. Since steam is popular, I can understand that many have more than 20 packages.

Now when I was reading the ArchWiki I saw that it is mentioned as an alternative, so I assume I can remove steam-native-runtime and all dependencies. Perhaps the instructions have been updated or I googled for instructions and found another page. But there could be other popular packages with many dependencies.

Sipearl will most likely be a part of this initiative, they are designing CPUs. Their latest CPU is made on 6nm in Taiwan, but the design is in Europe. However, it is for servers so don't expect to buy CPUs from them.

It will be easier for other states to join after Schleswig-Holstein and Bavaria if they are providing feedback so the open-source can be improved to suit the need of states.

Xprivo is an AI chat and it doesn't seem to be updated on the latest things. I asked it when my country play in the world cup and it responded that it might or might not be qualified. So I can see use cases where it would be better to use Qwant than Xprivo.

I have seen that they are developing that, but I didn't know they are using it. When I search for the same thing in I get different results, so maybe they are using different weights even if the index is the same?
