They're literally dying on the job. Don't they want to retire? Spend their money a bit?

I only watched some streams, they did some updates for the controls and the UI, inventory stood out to me. So I hope they updated the controls to be "modern and palatable" too.

Have you looked at the gothic remake? It's probably not as big but it should scratch a similar itch. But it's not as free form, you're playing as a set (male) nameless hero.

Otherwise... no not really. I could recommend wildly different games and genres that also feature exploration, but skyrim is just very good.

1984 is an objectively depressing story and not really interesting for the love story or other things. It's political.

Reading is great when you have hours to kill and want just more dense information or description. You also sort of need to enjoy using your imagination I guess.

Maybe you're interested in a biography of a musician or movie director, maybe you're into history, maybe you like crime and horror stuff.

But also, there are SO MANY bad books out there. Don't worry about it. I haven't read a book in years, because I am not really interesting in topics at that level at the moment and I don't think many authors really capture things well. You need a real good book recommendation.

And also, maybe you just don't like reading books.

Also, translated books can be a lot worse, read in native language if possible. Authors can put a lot of... style and taste into their language and that's lost in translation sometimes.

Also mein Plan das ich mich da einfach hinsetze und gucke wer so kommt und welche Fragen es gibt.

Ich hab meinen Laptop mit Linux zum vorführen mit dabei (man kann also rum klicken und sehen das ja, der browser und office funktionieren genauso wie auf windows) und hab auch den USB Stick mit Linux dabei, könnte also installieren. Meine Vorstellung von diesen Events ist Erstkontakt, für Leute die lieber irgendwo hin gehen und mit jemandem reden als Artikel oder Videos im Internet zu machen. Also, z.b. den Rentner oder nicht-tech affine die das in der Zeitung lesen.

Sonst hängt es relativ von den Leuten ab die die Events organisieren, das steht meistens in der Beschreibung drin. Manchmal ist groß Show und Workshops und andere machen das wie ich und bieten allgemeine Beratung an.

Wichtig ist auch noch, das es diese Events zentral an diesen ersten Sonntagen gibt, aber es gibt auch sonst viele Hilfsangebote. Bei mir in Berlin gibt es Volkshochschulkurse und Angebote in Bibliotheken die ähnliche Hilfestellung geben können, aber halt häufiger unter der Woche und natürlich arbeiten die nicht Sonntags.

Ich setze mich an einen der Orte von der Liste und guck ob jemand vorbei kommt und Hilfe braucht oder haben will.
