I just looked at mine and Connect had 7gb of cache stored. I probably last cleared it out a few weeks ago, so you may want to check and clear yours!

Is this only for people using Garmen Connect or something else?

For people using the Connect app (see the community this post is in) for browsing lemmy

Was that over your cache limit? I thought that was fixed and enforced. I've been keeping an eye on my cache size and it doesn't even go over like 400MB. But I also turned off image and video preloading.
