It appears that tarte.nuage-libre.fr has federation issues with moderation actions

None of the actions are showing up in the Lemmy modlogs and when I search for recently banned users it shows up blank.

It is a Block action in the logs, not a ban action. It is probably the problem but I don't know why it happen
