I've noticed that too. I have a lurker account but I've been largely out of touch with Reddit since 2014 or so.

Is there a new influx of Reddit users? If so, why?

5x5 is a good program. I do CrossFit for the variety - I know it gets shit on but it gets me to the gym. I am more than likely undiagnosed ADHD, so the novel workouts hit the spot for me. The variety in consulting is why I also thrive in that sphere.

I've got strong legs, shoulders, and back, but I wish I had the build of your typically gym bro.

Strong lifts is a popular lifting program that a lot of people start with - it's good even if you're an advanced lifter. Do 5 sets of 5 reps of whatever lift and increase it over the program duration
